They were great to work with throughout the process of quoting and installing our new geothermal system. They made sure everything was done right, moved our water heater to a better location in the basement, and helped us find someone to take our old heating oil tank. They didn't try to get us to install a new gas furnace or replace and/or seal ductwork like another company we got a quote from did. We just have the geothermal system with in-duct supplemental heat--no extra fossil fuel furnace for the few days a year when it's cold enough to be needed. One of their staff also gave us the tip of keeping the fan running all the time (at very low speeds) to help keep the upstairs of our 90-year old little farmhouse more evenly cooled in the shoulder seasons. Their own staff have these systems, so they have personal experience operating them. I love that the system is connected to the internet so they get a notice if something is wrong (and can potentially diagnose it remotely), and we can see how much the system is costing us in electricity every day/week/month via an app, the thermostat, or a web interface. We have used the system over two months now for air conditioning, and it works very well. I would definitely recommend them (as they were recommended to us by another of their customers.)

Johnson Comfort Systems put my original geothermal Systems in 24 years ago. I planned on it lasting about 20 years. Needed very little maintenence over these years, until this past year now. Just had them replace my original unit this week. They do a great job, and have been for many years!
